The Baratza Encore ESP Pro is the first Encore with stepless adjustment: you set exactly the grind you want, from fine espresso to coarse cold brew, instead of choosing between two clicks. It grinds by timer in 0.1 second steps or in single dose mode, which stops by itself when the beans are through.
